What you will do

  • Execute SEO activities across technical, on-page, off-page, and content optimization for assigned markets.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities across traditional and AI-powered search using market performance, search trends, competitor activity, and commercial objectives.
  • Manage and optimize CMS content, coordinating with content teams and external agencies.
  • Drive local content optimization initiatives and measure their impact on visibility, engagement, and conversion.
  • Support technical SEO, off-page SEO, authority-building, CRO, and user-behavior initiatives.
  • Manage multiple SEO projects, monitor organic performance, and report insights and priorities.

Requirements

  • Hands-on knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, with demonstrated results.
  • Strong content optimization, analytical, CRO, project management, and execution skills.
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems, Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and project management tools.
  • Advanced or native English fluency required.
  • Experience in an iGaming environment.
  • Experience working with tools such as WordPress or other CMS platforms, Excel or Google Sheets, BI tools, Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-powered search, AI visibility, AEO, or GEO.
  • Experience with CMS platforms beyond WordPress.
  • Experience in regulated markets.
  • Working knowledge of HTML.
