What you will do

• Own release quality across frequent deployments using a mix of manual and automated testing techniques.
• Define and drive end-to-end testing strategies for frontend, backend, and cross-service integrations.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks for UI and API regression testing.
• Design and execute performance and load testing to validate system stability.
• Validate distributed workflows, including failure scenarios, retries, and data consistency.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify quality risks and define acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional QA experience, ideally on large-scale platforms.
• Proven experience defining testing strategies for distributed microservices architectures.
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Cypress.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools such as K6.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines.
• English proficiency required for all application materials.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, payments, or lending environments.
• Familiarity with message-based or event-driven systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Scripting skills in Python for test tooling.
• Experience mentoring QA engineers or leading quality initiatives.
