What you will do

• Monitor workforce activities using statistical sampling, audits, and observation techniques.
• Evaluate compliance with policies, procedures, contract requirements, and state guidelines.
• Review operational reports, customer survey data, case management records, and performance indicators.
• Develop and implement continuous quality improvement processes for operational and administrative systems.
• Prepare monitoring documentation and reports for the QA Manager.
• Communicate findings and expectations to management and staff with sound judgment and diplomacy.

Requirements

• Familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Experience working in a complex, fast-paced, and confidential environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy, including software for correspondence, reporting, statistical analysis, and database access.
• Bachelor's degree or two years of case management experience preferred.
• Directly related experience in performance monitoring.
