IT Software Asset Management Officer (Software Asset Management/Power BI): Managing software licenses, inventories, compliance, and contract documentation for an international technology environment with an accent on license usage monitoring, optimization, and detailed analysis. Focus on improving software asset governance, analyzing purchasing records, and solving compliance challenges in a hybrid Lisbon-based setup.
Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal, with office attendance 2–3 days per week. Candidates must be based in Portugal and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.

What you will do
- Manage software assets and support software compliance and optimization processes.
- Monitor license usage and maintain software inventory records.
- Analyze software contracts, purchasing documentation, and licensing information.
- Collaborate with international and multicultural stakeholders.
- Apply analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to deliver results.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of IT experience, including hands-on Software Asset Management experience.
- Strong understanding of software compliance, license usage monitoring, inventory management, and contract documentation.
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- English at C1 level and Portuguese at C1 level.
- French at A2 level.
- Availability for hybrid work in Lisbon and eligibility to work in Portugal.

- ITIL certification.
