Senior Paid Search Manager (Google Ads)

What you will do

• Manage full channel P&L for Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, and Shopping formats.
• Optimize account architecture and bidding strategies at scale, utilizing tROAS/tCPA and portfolio management.
• Own the signal layer, including offline conversion imports, server-side tracking, and CRM-to-Google feedback loops.
• Lead geo-expansion efforts, including in-language keyword research and market-specific landing page localization.
• Design and execute measurement strategies, including geo-lift tests, holdouts, and attribution analysis.
• Drive creative and landing page velocity through continuous testing and AI-assisted ad copy production.

Requirements

• 4+ years in paid search, with 2–3 years at a senior or lead level.
• Global track record: Proven experience managing paid search across multiple regions (North America, EMEA, LATAM/APAC) and languages.
• Experience managing budgets of $100K+ per month.
• Deep technical fluency in Google Ads, GA4, Looker/Tableau, and SQL.
• Expertise in conversion tracking, including GTM, server-side tagging, and CRM integration (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• English: C1 proficiency required for working in a distributed international team.
