Loss Prevention Lead (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Monitor inventory levels and discrepancies to identify shrinkage, theft, misplacement, and accuracy issues.
• Develop and implement loss prevention controls, policies, and strategies.
• Monitor surveillance cameras, access control systems, and security service provider compliance.
• Assess operational risks and conduct audits, checks, quality-control reviews, and internal investigations.
• Lead incident investigations, gather evidence, conduct interviews, maintain records, and escalate findings to the Risk Manager.
• Train distribution center staff on loss prevention, security, safety, and vigilance practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced diploma.
• 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Hands-on, preventative, solutions-oriented approach with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to adapt to new systems, work under pressure, and complete tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated team player who is comfortable with change and continuous learning.
