What you will do
- Evaluate suspicious sales in real time and identify missing information in identity documents.
- Prevent identity theft and other fraud vectors, documenting findings accurately.
- Approve legitimate sales and block fraudulent transactions to support finance order originations.
- Report dashboard and tool issues or bugs with a high sense of urgency.
- Resolve customer disputes related to banking transactions with timely and empathetic support.
- Investigate suspicious patterns, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk mitigation.
Requirements
- Partially completed or completed technical or university studies in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic English proficiency required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- At least one year of customer service or support experience, preferably in sales or the financial sector.
- Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to handle difficult situations under pressure.
