Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Office-based in Mumbai, India

What you will do

• Own a product within the Clearwater system and define its product strategy and roadmap.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog and define requirements for new features.
• Collaborate with 8–15 developers on the design, development, testing, and release of product capabilities.
• Engage with clients, prospects, sales, product, operations, and technology stakeholders to identify needs and support adoption.
• Communicate roadmap updates and feature releases, measure release success, and support product growth.
• Lead and guide teams through effective processes, training, and product expertise.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, including 4+ years in investment management, operations, or accounting.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of private markets, financial services, and alternative investments such as private equity, limited partnerships, mortgage loans, bank loans, or derivatives.
• Experience writing business requirements for a financial technology product or service.
• Experience working directly with clients and preparing presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in data visualization.
