Content Team Lead (for tutorials)

Location: Remote; work from anywhere in the world. Listed locations include Spain, Kaunas, Poland, and Vilnius.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end tutorial production pipeline, including the team, schedule, throughput, and production calendar.
• Propose and deliver quarterly tutorial OKRs while planning team capacity.
• Track output, identify bottlenecks and trends, and resolve production issues early.
• Set, document, and enforce quality standards for human-written and AI-generated tutorials.
• Manage, develop, and provide regular performance feedback to writers and editors.
• Identify skill gaps through hiring, onboarding, and development, and build a self-sufficient team.

Requirements

• Experience running high-volume content production and maintaining a delivery schedule.
• Ability to define writing quality standards, document them, and enforce them consistently.
• Experience developing individual contributors from good to great.
• Proactive approach to identifying problems and proposing solutions.
• Data literacy, including tracking output, identifying trends, and using metrics for decisions.
