Program Manager (Physical Access Control): Leading end-to-end New Product Introduction and sustaining programs for physical access control solutions from concept through industrialization, launch, and product evolution with an accent on cross-functional delivery, Agile planning, and programme governance. Focus on managing risks and dependencies, coordinating Product, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams, and ensuring readiness for complex product releases.
Location: Cardiff, United Kingdom. Applicants must already be legally authorized to reside and work in the hiring country; international relocation and remote work outside the hiring country are not considered.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end New Product Introduction, current product, and sustaining programs from concept and planning through development, industrialization, launch, and product evolution.
- Own integrated programme plans, milestones, deliverables, commitments, and programme governance.
- Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and external manufacturing partners.
- Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, and recovery actions.
- Lead programme planning and PI execution across Agile Release Trains and Agile teams.
- Drive product and release readiness, reporting programme health, decisions, risks, and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Program or project management certification such as PgMP or PMP.
- Experience leading complex new product development programmes from concept through development, industrialization, and market launch.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to Physical Access Control, security, cloud-based SaaS, and biometrics.
- Must be legally authorized to reside and work in the United Kingdom; immigration sponsorship is not available.
