API Optimization Manager APAC (TravelTech)

What you will do

• Analyze and monitor API performance using a data-driven approach.
• Identify opportunities to improve API usage, partner engagement, and growth.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical, and product teams to improve the API product offering.
• Provide technical support to partners and coordinate resolution of API-related issues.
• Conduct API workshops and training sessions for partners.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in the travel industry, API connection monitoring, or technical performance analysis.
• Experience onboarding API-connected customers and coordinating between IT and commercial teams.
• Ability to analyze API error rates, traffic, look-to-book ratios, and other performance indicators.
• Proactive, results-focused, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to work across diverse cultural contexts.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required.
