Commodities trader, Secret Pool
An international commodities trader with offices in Moscow, UAE and Singapore is looking for a new Commodities manager to expand the operations of the Moscow office. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Manage select customer and supplier relationships, profitably selling and sourcing commodities of different class
- Identify and onboard new customers and suppliers, expanding the company’s trading networks
- Negotiate Purchase and Sale contracts with suppliers and buyers according to company's risk management policy
- Contribute to the analysis of global supply and demand to identify and define trading strategies
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure timely deal execution
- Contribute to supply chain development
- Represent the company at industry events
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in International Business, Economics, or a related discipline
- 3–6 years of experience as physical trader or commercially oriented operations positions
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Risk/reward mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
