Principal Delivery Partner / Delivery Operations Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: from €6,500 gross/month, depending on experience and skills

What you will do

• Analyze delivery across QA, frontend, backend, DevOps, automation, and product teams to identify process, ownership, and coordination gaps.
• Implement lightweight, scalable improvements to delivery systems and reduce manual operational overhead.
• Build dashboards, define meaningful metrics, contribute to WBR, and turn data into actionable insights.
• Drive stalled cross-team initiatives by clarifying ownership, priorities, and next steps.
• Align engineering and product teams to improve execution, delivery visibility, and predictability.
• Introduce AI and automation into planning, reporting, and coordination, while defining guardrails and ownership boundaries.

Requirements

• Experience working with engineering or product organizations.
• Background in delivery, operations, program management, or transformation.
• Experience managing cross-team initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
• Systems thinking and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear structure and actionable plans.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior engineers and leaders.
