What you will do

• Partner with global HRBPs and Operations leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable people and organizational plans.
• Execute talent management, organizational design, performance management, and talent optimization initiatives.
• Identify capability and development needs and build leadership and specialist talent pipelines.
• Use people analytics to support workforce planning, talent forecasting, organizational design, and capability-building decisions.
• Guide teams through organizational change with clear communication, active listening, and disciplined execution.
• Collaborate across regions and HR functions while contributing to an enterprise-wide HR agenda.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of HR experience, ideally in a country or regional HRBP role.
• Strong analytical and data capabilities, including the ability to interpret people data and identify trends.
• Proficiency in Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and data summaries.
• Ability to create clear PowerPoint presentations communicating HR insights and recommendations.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization and collaboration across time zones and cultures.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing, discretion, and judgment skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders.
