What you will do
- Lead end-to-end development of consumer electronics, including computer and mobile accessories, through market launch.
- Coordinate hardware, software, packaging design, testing and qualification, safety regulation, and supply chain activities.
- Plan projects, lead cross-functional sessions, track progress, and adapt execution as required.
- Manage deadlines, costs, quality standards, and incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Conduct project reviews and improve development processes and the overall delivery approach.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in project management, product development, or engineering.
- Experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, and external resources to deliver project goals.
- Knowledge of hardware development, software development, packaging design, testing and qualification, safety regulation, and supply chain is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for business.
