Recycling Centre Team Lead (Brookvale)

Location: Brookvale, New South Wales, Australia. On-site depot role working across four weekdays and one weekend day per week.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations at the Brookvale depot.
• Guide, motivate, and coach team members during shifts.
• Support customers using Return and Earn machines.
• Step in during busy periods and help the team maintain service quality.
• Keep the site clean, safe, organised, and operational.
• Resolve problems on the spot and ensure the team is set up for success.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a people leadership role.
• Customer service experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft apps and general IT skills.
• Cleaning or maintenance experience.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills.
• Successful completion of a federal police check, pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening, and reference checks.
