Location: Auckland, New Zealand; onsite at the Warkworth facility. New Zealand applicants may be subject to nationality checks and must be eligible to access equipment and data regulated under ITAR.

What you will do
- Respond immediately to production maintenance requests and coordinate breakdown maintenance.
- Create and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules around production requirements.
- Maintain extractors, vacuum pumps, compressors, workshop machinery, and other critical plant equipment.
- Perform hands-on repairs using hand and power tools, while managing critical spares inventory.
- Coordinate external contractors, complete FMEAs, and support logistics, heavy machinery operation, and facility upgrades across multiple sites.
- Maintain compliance records, participate in annual BWOF compliance, and track maintenance activities in Infor LN CMMS.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a production maintenance role.
- Experience in maintenance coordination, HVAC, and hands-on use of hand and power tools.
- Experience with 5S Lean Manufacturing methodology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- For the New Zealand role, eligibility to access ITAR-regulated equipment and data is required; nationality checks will be conducted before an employment offer.
Nice to have
- Electrical Trade Certificate or equivalent.
- Awareness of ISO or AS9100 standards.
- Knowledge of Infor LN or Hippo CMMS.
- Forklift license.
- Working at Height certification.
