Food Systems Database Administrator (CBORD)

What you will do

• Enter, maintain, and validate food, menu, and nutrition data in the CBORD menu management system.
• Manage more than 2,000 food items and product records.
• Review nutrition, allergen, diet code, and serving size information for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve missing, duplicate, or incorrect data.
• Work with suppliers, Dietitians, Food Services, operational teams, and Digital teams to verify information.
• Support textured modified menus, system testing, user guides, and implementation readiness.

Requirements

• Qualification in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Science, Food Service, or a related field.
• Knowledge of nutrition, diets, allergens, and food service processes.
• Strong computer skills and confidence using databases and systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation.
• Strong problem-solving, organisation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Auckland-based candidates are strongly preferred, with work performed from the Auckland office.

Nice to have

• Experience with menu management, food service, healthcare, or related systems.
