Food Systems Database Administrator (CBORD): Supporting the implementation of an electronic menu management system by maintaining and validating food, menu, nutrition, allergen, diet code, and serving size data across villages with an accent on data quality, nutrition accuracy, and food service processes. Focus on resolving complex data issues, testing the system, supporting textured modified menus, and coordinating information across suppliers, Dietitians, Food Services, and Digital teams.
Location: Auckland office, Auckland, New Zealand

What you will do
- Enter, maintain, and validate food, menu, and nutrition data in the CBORD menu management system.
- Manage more than 2,000 food items and product records.
- Review nutrition, allergen, diet code, and serving size information for accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve missing, duplicate, or incorrect data.
- Work with suppliers, Dietitians, Food Services, operational teams, and Digital teams to verify information.
- Support textured modified menus, system testing, user guides, and implementation readiness.
Requirements
- Qualification in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Science, Food Service, or a related field.
- Knowledge of nutrition, diets, allergens, and food service processes.
- Strong computer skills and confidence using databases and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation.
- Strong problem-solving, organisation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Auckland-based candidates are strongly preferred, with work performed from the Auckland office.
