Location: Clearwater, Florida, United States

Salary: $20–$21 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate towing resources for vehicle pickups and deliveries.
• Assign tow truck work, monitor capacity, and optimize tower productivity.
• Plan future resource requirements and coordinate truck availability with towing partners.
• Monitor work in progress, on-time performance, transportation costs, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Recruit additional towing partners and escalate transportation issues to management.
• Provide pickup and delivery documentation, including check and cash handling when required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of direct dispatch experience.
• Ability to coordinate towing operations and work with drivers and transportation partners.
• Must be legally entitled to work in the United States.
• Ability to comply with safety guidelines and company policies.
