Senior Engineering Specialist, Facilities (Manufacturing)

Location: Woodlands, Singapore (W1); rotating 12-hour shifts; no travel required

What you will do

• Support the operation and control of facility systems through the Facility Control Center using SCADA.
• Complete daily equipment logs, checklists, and in-house preventive maintenance.
• Supervise vendor preventive maintenance and repair work in compliance with SOPs.
• Schedule, track, and close preventive maintenance work orders in the computerized maintenance system.
• Respond to facility breakdowns and production-related issues while monitoring system performance and capacity.
• Track plant water consumption and cooling tower water quality, prepare performance reports, and maintain service records for audits.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Facilities Operations & Maintenance experience in semiconductor, wafer fabrication, or electronics manufacturing.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical distribution, MCC, VSD, ACMV, HVAC, and general building services systems.
• Experience with FMS SCADA systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and respond effectively under pressure.
• Strong initiative, teamwork, communication, adaptability, and independent working skills.
