Production Supervisor

What you will do

• Lead daily production operations and oversee Production Technicians supporting hardware production, warranty, and replacement activities.
• Track production workflows, quotas, productivity metrics, SLAs, quality expectations, and workforce reporting.
• Maintain safe, clean, and compliant operations by enforcing equipment, safety, and process standards.
• Coach direct reports, conduct regular one-to-one meetings, resolve personnel issues, and support staffing, training, and performance management.
• Identify process improvement opportunities, test operational changes, and implement improvements with Supply Chain leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Provide performance updates in leadership meetings and lead facility standups.

Requirements

• Experience leading teams in a production, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Experience applying supply chain or operational improvement methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data from multiple sources in time-sensitive situations.
• Ability to manage workflows, priorities, and performance in a fast-paced operation.
• Strong communication skills for leading, coaching, and influencing teams.
• Ability to consistently enforce safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Nice to have

• Supervisory or people management experience in hardware production, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Experience managing productivity metrics, quotas, or workforce reporting.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks.
• Experience collaborating with operations, engineering, or supply chain teams.
