Sr Data Analyst (Advanced Analytics/Predictive Modelling/ML/Basics of DS + LLM + Problem Solving)

What you will do

• Structure problems, conduct analysis, and implement strategic initiatives and cross-organizational deliverables.
• Partner with data science and data engineering teams to develop scalable analytics solutions that improve client retention.
• Analyze large datasets to identify business insights, patterns, and trends.
• Help leverage hirify.global’s proprietary data across content, client interactions, conferences, and other client-facing assets.
• Work with business leaders to understand pain points and build data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in business or data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree required; statistics, data science, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or operations research preferred.
• Foundational understanding of data science concepts and their business implementation.
• Technical skills in data analysis and visualization, with basic programming knowledge in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with statistical analysis, data quality checks, documentation, critical thinking, and complex problem solving.
• Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
