Senior Analyst - Data & Process Management (Data Governance)

Location: Hyderabad, India. Travel may be required according to business needs.

What you will do

• Manage pharmaceutical commercial data requirements and ensure accurate, complete, consistent, and timely data delivery.
• Design, build, and monitor data quality reports; investigate data issues and maintain business rules, requirements, metadata, and data catalogs.
• Develop SOPs, improve data management processes, and build tools and automation for analytical and operational needs.
• Support commercial operations, including forecasting, targeting, call planning, field reporting, incentive compensation, market mix, and quarterly operations cycles.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, Digital teams, vendors, and the US data management team on project delivery and data access.
• Provide training and first-level support for data inquiries while maintaining compliance and operational risk controls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with pharmaceutical commercial datasets, data governance, and data stewardship.
• Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical sales data, IQVIA syndicated datasets, specialty pharmacy, claims, Veeva, or related sources.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, Excel, Power BI, Informatica, and AWS.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in management, statistics, decision sciences, engineering, life sciences, business analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of data quality, data governance, data stewardship, incident management, data processing, and pharmaceutical commercial operations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.

• Experience using AI tools to accelerate data governance outcomes.
• Experience with field reporting, field deployment, incentive compensation, vaccines, or claims data.
