Location: Hybrid schedule, only available in Portland

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 base compensation for Portland-based hires

What you will do

• Lead creative ideation, brainstorm sessions, and integrated agency and client meetings.
• Develop brand platforms, social concepts, campaign narratives, and project copy.
• Make complex ideas clear and set direction, deliverables, and a vision for success.
• Manage creative strategists, copywriters, and world builders.
• Collaborate across the agency to bring ideas to life and act as a senior creative resource for clients.
• Push beyond everyday executions and introduce new creative directions grounded in culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as part of a creative team.
• 4+ years overseeing teams and leading campaigns.
• Background in creative writing and idea development.
• Strong network of freelance writers, makers, and creative talent.
• Experience designing across digital, print, and experiential platforms.
• Strong understanding of earned media, IAT experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Understanding of visual storytelling, filmmaking, design, and art direction.
• Ability to edit test videos independently.
