Legal Counsel (AI)

Salary: $81,115–$135,192 per annum

What you will do

• Draft, analyze, negotiate, and complete complex commercial transactions with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Human Resources, and Finance teams.
• Advise on data privacy and security, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and AI integration into workflows.
• Create, optimize, and implement legal processes and policies.
• Provide training on relevant legal topics and handle commercial contract disputes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience combining law firm and in-house work, including experience with a technology or consumer electronics company.
• Strong background in contract and commercial law, with consumer technology experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships across business units and work independently with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with basic AI integration into legal work product.
• J.D. degree from an accredited United States law school.
