Annual base pay range: $186,300–$519,000

What you will do

• Lead product development strategies for drugs, biologics, and advanced therapies from discovery through commercialization.
• Provide medical, clinical, scientific, regulatory, and commercial development leadership to pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers.
• Support FDA and EMA engagements, including briefing documents, meeting materials, and regulatory interactions.
• Assess regulatory and development risks, probability of success, indication priorities, due diligence, and mitigation strategies.
• Guide Target Product Profiles, Clinical Development Plans, clinical study designs, protocols, and strategic regulatory submissions.
• Represent IQVIA in client engagements, scientific meetings, business development activities, and cross-functional development teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 15–20+ years of relevant clinical research experience with a multi-regional and global focus.
• Significant experience in senior strategic leadership and managing multiple job areas.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, presentation, and consultative project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, advise clients, maintain quality, and meet or exceed goals.
