What you will do

• Troubleshoot complex issues across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, and integrated systems, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Administer SharePoint Server 2013, 2016, 2019, Subscription Edition, and SharePoint Online.
• Manage site collections, permissions, content databases, and service applications.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize SharePoint performance, security, and availability.
• Support migrations between on-premises SharePoint, SharePoint Online, tenants, and platform versions.
• Develop and support custom solutions with SPFx, TypeScript, React, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint, including architecture, service applications, and administration.
• Proficiency across Microsoft 365, including Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with ticketing systems and SLA-driven environments.
• Availability for hybrid work in the UK.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of experience with Power Platform technologies.
• Experience with ShareGate, AvePoint Fly, or LinkFixer Advanced.
• Experience with Teams Phone.
