Working Student Intranet Development & Digital Solutions (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Support the continuous development, operation, and optimization of the Compass social intranet platform.
• Develop technical enhancements, including custom widgets, integrations, and automation solutions.
• Analyze product and usage data to generate insights and support data-driven improvements.
• Contribute to requirements engineering, solution design, testing, and technical documentation.
• Own smaller technical initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to improve digital solutions and user experience.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or a comparable degree program.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in digital products, web technologies, automation, and data analytics.
• Initial experience with programming, scripting, or frontend development.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, Azure CI/CD, or Power BI is advantageous.
• Fluent English and good German language skills required.
• Curious, pragmatic, self-driven, and willing to learn and take ownership.
