Location: Remote; 100% remote with access to the Florianópolis HQ when desired.

What you will do

• Build and maintain automated test suites for the Nehemiah decision path and integrate them with the freeze-audit CI gate.
• Design and run performance and load tests for Nehemiah intercept latency and throughput.
• Design and run load tests for high-traffic CALL-IT paths.
• Build test harnesses and data generators that follow gated identity and account rules.
• Report performance findings and bottlenecks with evidence and reproduction steps.

Requirements

• Strong test-automation experience; Python is preferred, with JavaScript or TypeScript useful.
• Hands-on performance and load-testing experience with k6, Locust, JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools.
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions or an equivalent platform, plus Docker.
• Ability to analyze latency and throughput in services positioned in the request path.
• Clear written English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience load-testing payment or transactional systems.
• Familiarity with Render, Vercel, and Supabase.
• Observability or profiling experience.
