Senior Solution Consultant (HCM)

Location: Bulgaria. Working hours: 15:00–23:00 Bulgaria time to support North American Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Salary: €24,900–€33,550 annual base pay, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Analyze customer business processes, requirements, business rules, and complex or enhanced requirements.
• Design and configure hirify.global solutions for approved customer requirements.
• Lead customer meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and working sessions.
• Advise customers on functionality, configuration, testing, and industry best practices.
• Support testing, issue resolution, implementation readiness, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other Solution Consultants to deliver implementations on schedule.

Requirements

• Expertise in Human Capital Management, preferably including Canadian payroll experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing SaaS implementation or consulting.
• Experience implementing HCM, payroll, workforce management, or related enterprise software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, changing requirements, and ambiguity.
• Fluency in English and French; availability to work 15:00–23:00 Bulgaria time.
