Solution Consultant – North America (French & English, 15:00–23:00)

Location: Bulgaria; working hours: 15:00–23:00 Bulgaria time to support North American Eastern Standard Time business hours

Salary: €19,800–€26,750 base pay per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Analyze customer business processes, requirements, and business rules.
• Design and configure hirify.global solutions for North American, especially Canadian, organizations.
• Lead customer meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and working sessions.
• Advise customers on functionality, configuration, testing, and industry best practices.
• Support testing, issue resolution, implementation readiness, and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other Solution Consultants to manage milestones, risks, and competing priorities.

Requirements

• Expertise in Human Capital Management, preferably including Canadian payroll experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing SaaS implementation or consulting environment.
• Experience implementing HCM, payroll, workforce management, or related enterprise software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, ambiguity, and changing requirements.
• Fluency in English and French, with availability to work 15:00–23:00 Bulgaria time.
