What you will do

• Distribute GfK reports to external clients through specialized applications and manage portal access and settings.
• Ensure data is delivered accurately and on time according to contractual deadlines.
• Perform quality checks, verify report content, confirm publication, and maintain monthly delivery-performance reports.
• Configure, update, and troubleshoot online reporting systems and related process elements.
• Coordinate with local country teams and internal departments to resolve delivery issues.
• Protect confidential client and internal data while following global processes and productivity standards.

Requirements

• University degree preferred in Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong written and spoken English required.
• Ability to understand and analyze data, think logically, solve problems, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Strong communication, collaboration, client-orientation, accountability, and ability to work under deadlines.
• Familiarity with data-processing methods, procedures, and tools.
