Sr. Manager, Cyber & Digital Compliance (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead compliance activities across Digital systems, processes, documentation, and technology initiatives.
• Assess processes and controls against quality standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations.
• Own SDLC documentation, including SOPs, workflows, process narratives, quality records, and evidence repositories.
• Coordinate audit and inspection readiness, evidence collection, walkthroughs, stakeholder input, and follow-up actions.
• Manage quality issues, control gaps, risks, deviations, remediation, escalation, and closure.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, procedures, controls, and continuous-improvement initiatives while advising cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, quality management, life sciences, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technology quality assurance, IT compliance, GRC, system support, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of IT processes, system lifecycle concepts, documentation practices, change control, and incident tracking.
• Knowledge of GxP, CSV, ISO standards, COBIT, or other IT governance and regulated-system frameworks.
• Experience with GRC tools such as Archer or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders.

• Additional familiarity with GxP, CSV, ISO, COBIT, or other quality and compliance frameworks.
• Experience challenging, influencing, and supporting senior leadership.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop pragmatic solutions.
