Engineering Director (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead core engineering groups and the product pillars within the assigned scope.
• Build and grow a high-performing engineering team by hiring talent and fostering excellence, ownership, and collaboration.
• Plan, execute, and deliver key projects that strengthen the product foundation.
• Align technical vision and execution with product, architecture, security, product marketing, and engineering stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and support their professional development.
• Improve engineering practices through strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and an agile mindset.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience developing, incubating, and releasing a product from the ground up.
• Experience leading and growing engineering teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong technical background with the ability to make high-level architectural decisions.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Ramat Gan, Israel.
