Financial Planning and Analysis Intern

What you will do

• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, market research, competitive analysis, and long-term financial modeling.
• Support M&A activities through financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, risk assessment, deal structuring, and integration.
• Assist with annual budgeting, long-term financial planning, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Support capital raising initiatives and evaluate capital structures while engaging with financial institutions.
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives and monitor industry, economic, and regulatory developments.
• Help implement automation and agentic processes, including data cleaning and integration.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, or recently graduated.
• Studies in finance, accounting, business management, economics, or a related field are preferred.
• Availability to work from the Austin office for the full duration of the internship.
• Interest in financial planning, strategic finance, corporate development, accounting, M&A, or capital markets.
