Manager, Cyber & Digital Compliance (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead compliance activities across digital systems, processes, documentation, and technology initiatives.
• Assess processes and controls against quality standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations.
• Develop, maintain, and govern SDLC documentation, SOPs, workflows, quality records, and evidence repositories.
• Coordinate audit and inspection readiness, including evidence collection, walkthroughs, stakeholder inputs, and follow-up actions.
• Track and remediate quality issues, control gaps, risks, and deviations while escalating issues appropriately.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, recommendations, procedures, templates, and tools to improve Digital Compliance and GRC operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, quality management, life sciences, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in technology quality assurance, IT compliance, GRC, system support, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of IT processes, system lifecycles, documentation practices, change control, and incident tracking.
• Knowledge of GxP, CSV, ISO standards, COBIT, or other IT governance and regulated-system frameworks.
• Experience with GRC tools such as Archer or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder-influencing skills, including experience in an agile environment.

Nice to have

• Additional familiarity with GxP, CSV, ISO standards, COBIT, or other regulated-system requirements.
• Experience supporting senior leadership and solving vaguely defined problems with pragmatic approaches.
• Strong presentation skills, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach.
