SAP Functional Consultant (SuccessFactors, HCM, Ariba)

What you will do

• Lead functional discovery sessions covering workforce, human capital, talent, and procurement requirements.
• Assess existing processes and recommend SAP-enabled improvements across SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and SAP Ariba.
• Create process maps, functional concepts, solution designs, configuration documentation, and implementation deliverables.
• Coordinate configuration, integration considerations, workshops, demonstrations, conference room pilots, and user acceptance testing.
• Manage functional defects, enhancement requests, dependencies, and scope questions through structured analysis and resolution.
• Support deployment, training, data readiness, operational handover, and post-go-live improvement activities.

Requirements

• Several years of SAP functional consulting, implementation, or application support experience in a client-facing environment.
• Strong functional capability in SAP SuccessFactors and working knowledge of SAP HCM core HR processes.
• Hands-on familiarity with SAP Ariba and procurement, supplier, purchasing, or spend-management processes.
• Experience producing functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, issue assessments, and implementation deliverables.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions, present solution options, and explain technical or process implications clearly.
• Professional fluency in English and availability to work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, including client-site or project-related engagement when required.
