What you will do
- Develop and execute the strategy for Chinese corporate clients operat or invest in Central and Eastern Europe.
- Build senior-level relationships with Chinese corporates across Poland and the CEE region.
- Identify business opportunities and support clients throughout their investment and growth journeys.
- Connect clients with 's international network, corporate bank products, and financial markets expertise.
- Coordinate with Sectors, Lend, Transaction Services, Financial Markets, and other product teams.
- Drive commercial growth while maintain strong risk management, compliance, and sustainable business development standards.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- More than 5 years of experience in corporate bank or international business development.
- Proven experience manag client relationships and originat new business opportunities.
- Strong commercial mindset and understand of corporate bank products, financial markets, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
- Experience with multinational and international corporate clients and the ability to work across cultures and international teams.
- Fluent English required; Mandarin Chinese is advantageous.
