Developer Relations Engineer - UK (Headless CMS): Supporting developers, partner agencies, and enterprise customers with Storyblok’s headless CMS through code samples, workshops, documentation, debugging, and community engagement with an accent on REST APIs, JavaScript frameworks, and developer education. Focus on building sample applications, identifying API and SDK issues, contributing to open-source projects, and shaping documentation and onboarding based on developer feedback.

What you will do
- Help developers, partner agencies, and enterprise customers implement headless architectures and use features effectively.
- Conduct workshops, write tutorials and documentation, host webinars, record instructional videos, and deliver product demonstrations.
- Create sample applications, prototypes, starter kits, and code samples for and headless content management.
- Identify API, SDK, and service issues, help external developers resolve technical problems, and contribute fixes to open-source projects.
- Engage with the developer community across Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Dev.to, while representing at online and in-person events.
- Provide feedback for the product roadmap and improve documentation, tutorials, and onboarding experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of web development experience.
- Experience with CMS platforms and thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs.
- Thorough knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte.
- Experience with public speaking and organizing meetups or other events.
- Strong command of English, clear communication skills, problem-solving ability, and critical thinking.
- AI literacy and the ability to use AI tools with sound judgment.
Nice to have
- Headless CMS experience.
- GraphQL API experience.
- Customer calls, developer support, or developer relations experience.
- Technical writing experience.
