Focus on analyzing recurring process errors, standardizing documentation, improving laboratory and production processes, and coordinating verification activities with production teams.
Location: Field-based onsite role in Susurluk, Balıkesir, with candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Balıkesir-Susurluk or Bursa areas.

What you will do
- Support compliance with quality management system requirements, procedures, instructions, and applicable standards.
- Verify laboratory analyses against product and material specifications.
- Monitor GMP, 5S, corrective and preventive actions, internal audits, and third-party audits.
- Lead or participate in projects that analyze and eliminate recurring process errors with production teams.
- Standardize processes, instructions, and documentation by identifying improvement opportunities.
- Ensure planned calibrations are completed and their results are monitored while supporting occupational health and safety improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food engineering or a related engineering field.
- At least 2 years of food industry experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety management systems, ISO 9001, BRCGS, IFS, and food legislation.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies, laboratory equipment, and laboratory rules.
- Experience with the SAP Quality Management module and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred.
- Ability to work shifts and flexible schedules; candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the specified Balıkesir or Bursa areas.
