What you will do

• Support invoices, parcels, purchase orders, reconciliations, and payments.
• Assist with archiving, documentation, and Ministry of Health payment processes.
• Contribute to knowledge management and process standardization projects.
• Create work instructions and help maintain compliance processes, including consent databases.
• Support reporting, data consolidation, and Ministry of Health reconciliation activities.

Requirements

• Be a third- or fourth-year university student in Management, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Chemistry, or another Social Science discipline.
• Be able to work at least 2.5 days per week for a minimum of two semesters.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Demonstrate responsibility, creativity, a results-oriented approach, an open mind, and eagerness to learn.
