What you will do
- Co-own the strategy and planning for the Autos and Goods verticals, connecting seller success with revenue outcomes.
- Monitor supply and demand, listing quality, buyer–seller matching, seller retention, and other market-health indicators.
- Research, design, execute, and evaluate pricing, premium-package, monetization, and go-to-market experiments.
- Segment sellers across Autos and Goods and create playbooks for Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams.
- Partner with Product on problem definition, ideation, A/B testing, analysis, and post-launch optimization.
- Use SQL, BigQuery, AI tools, automation, dashboards, and scheduled reports to produce actionable weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual insights.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, or classified platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Excel or Google Sheets, and self-serve dashboards.
- Experience designing, executing, and analyzing end-to-end monetization or pricing experiments.
- Demonstrated AI and automation mindset, with the ability to independently drive multi-stakeholder projects.
- Fluent English and Vietnamese are required.
- High attention to detail, especially when preparing data reports for leadership decisions.

- Familiarity with the Vietnamese automotive or consumer-goods market.
