Business Analyst (eCommerce)

What you will do

• Research, analyze, and develop solution-oriented business cases for eCommerce initiatives, process improvements, cost reduction, new opportunities, and strategic changes.
• Conduct market and competitor research, analyze business and operational data, and evaluate eCommerce platforms, applications, and emerging technologies.
• Gather, document, analyze, and validate business requirements with Product Owners, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Define scope, assess solution options, forecast impact and budgets, support workforce planning, and manage change requests.
• Prepare reports, presentations, recommendations, and management updates covering outcomes, costs, risks, benefits, and business impact.
• Coordinate testing, surveys, workshops, stakeholder feedback, change management, and post-implementation assessment of eCommerce projects.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, eCommerce, digital transformation, project or change management, or a related field.
• University-level education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of business analysis, including requirements gathering, research, data analysis, solution assessment, business case development, and impact evaluation.
• Good understanding of eCommerce environments, business processes, digital platforms, technology solutions, and emerging industry trends.
• Demonstrated experience working in an agile organization and supporting or driving business and process changes in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical, data analysis, problem-solving, strategic thinking, decision-making, and solution evaluation capabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and communication with senior-level management.
• Understanding of project scope, resource planning, budget forecasting, change requests, and change management processes.
• Ability to learn and work with new systems, software, eCommerce platforms, analytical tools, and emerging technologies; independently conduct market research, competitor analysis, surveys, and workshops; and manage multiple business cases with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
