SAP Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Specialist (m/f/d)

Location: Porto, Portugal; Pécs, Hungary; or Grabs, Switzerland. Remote work is available.

What you will do

• Design and develop data models based on SAP Datasphere.
• Create analytical dashboards and KPI reports in SAP Analytics Cloud and identify optimization opportunities.
• Implement, document, and roll out data models and related data products.
• Lead data-driven projects and initiatives as a project or program manager.
• Build and implement process mining solutions for root-cause analysis, process analysis, and optimization.
• Provide analytical insights supporting strategic decision-making and data-driven services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis methods, models, databases, large datasets, and data visualization tools.
• Proficient to advanced SQL skills and practical SAP experience.
• Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to solve complex business challenges in a structured way.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of Python.
