Frontend Engineer (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid work with at least 50% of each quarter spent in the office or in the field

Salary: €72,000–€108,000 EUR gross annual base salary, with potential bonus and annual refresh stock grants.

What you will do

• Build and expand AI-powered contract management products that make legal documents searchable and simplify deal-making.
• Partner with engineering, data science, product management, and design teams to shape product strategy and deliver the roadmap.
• Own functional areas of the platform end-to-end, including feature quality, reliability, and performance.
• Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and mentorship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience and 5+ years of frontend development experience.
• 5+ years of proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Experience with modern distributed systems and building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments.
• Advanced knowledge of DevOps, automated testing, and observability.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in agile environments and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work from Dublin, Ireland, with at least 50% of each quarter spent in the office or in the field.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience working with legal professionals or business partners.
