Focus on leading a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing complex requirements, coordinating delivery and vendors, and optimizing product performance, cost, and user experience.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the LIMS/LIS product for Clinical Diagnostics Europe, from strategy and roadmap definition through delivery, adoption, operation, and retirement.
- Define the product vision, objectives, value proposition, success metrics, and roadmap while aligning with architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
- Act as the main product contact for business stakeholders, users, IT teams, and external partners; prioritize needs, feedback, trade-offs, and requirements.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of up to six Product Owners, Business Analysts, Functional Analysts, and related specialists.
- Own the backlog, prioritize epics and features, support delivery planning and reviews, and validate outcomes against business expectations and quality standards.
- Manage product governance, reporting, budgets, vendors, operations, and continuous improvement based on usage data, incidents, and feedback.
Requirements
- Senior experience in Product Management, Head of Product, Product Lead, or a similar role in a complex IT environment.
- Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams of up to six people.
- Strong understanding of software and IT product lifecycles, cross-functional delivery, stakeholder management, and vendor collaboration.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery models, including Scrum and SAFe.
- Broad understanding of IT systems, applications, integrations, data flows, ITSM, security, data privacy, compliance, and regulatory constraints.
- Strong people leadership, communication, analytical, prioritization, and requirements management skills.
Nice to have
- Background in the Testing, Inspection and Certification industry or healthcare.
- Experience with LIMS/LIS products or LIMS development.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
