Senior Manager, Tax (Data Centres)

What you will do

• Lead APME tax matters across corporate income tax, consumption tax, withholding tax, employment taxes, and transfer pricing.
• Advise on complex transactions, structuring, financing arrangements, and new investments.
• Analyze tax law developments and provide practical recommendations on tax risks affecting the Group.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and tax authorities, including tax audits, reviews, and enquiries.
• Support tax governance, controls, Pillar Two, Country-by-Country Reporting, and other international tax initiatives.
• Lead strategic tax projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives while coordinating with regional and global tax teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Big Four and in-house tax roles.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, Accredited Tax Practitioner, Accredited Tax Advisor, or equivalent.
• Experience working independently and executing strategic priorities.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset.
