Sr Staff Marketing Specialist (Semiconductors)

Location: Hà Nội, Vietnam. Onsite role; remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Own regional solution strategy and portfolio development for Southeast Asia and Australia & New Zealand.
• Develop differentiated solutions based on local market and customer requirements, including TAM, SAM, SOM, and ROI analysis.
• Lead solution proposals with Technology Application Architects, defining system architectures, technical specifications, feature sets, and value propositions.
• Coordinate solution development with system solution teams and external partners after SRD approval.
• Drive go-to-market execution, messaging, application examples, channel enablement, distributor training, webinars, campaigns, and roadshows.
• Monitor competitive intelligence, customer feedback, funnel progression, and solution impact using CRM and reporting tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business development, marketing, solution marketing, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of robotics, industrial automation, building automation, energy, or embedded systems markets.
• Experience developing customer relationships, following up leads in the field, positioning solutions, and executing go-to-market initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with channel partners and distributors in Southeast Asia or Australia & New Zealand.
• Exposure to semiconductor, system-level, or solution-based product portfolios.
