Clinical Services Manager (12 Months Contract)

Location: Sydney, NSW, Australia. The role requires residence within the assigned geographic area, regular business travel by car, and occasional overnight and air travel.

hirify.global develops the Omnipod wearable insulin management product platform to support simpler, healthier lives for people with diabetes.

What you will do

• Promote insulin pump therapy and sell the Omnipod Insulin Management System to healthcare providers and patients.
• Deliver group and individual education sessions, product demonstrations, pump clinics, support groups, and other clinical events.
• Work with Sales, Customer Care, and Managed Care to support referrals, patient retention, and territory sales goals.
• Assign or conduct patient training and oversee Certified Pod Trainers and Super Certified Pod Trainers.
• Support key and existing accounts, record customer interactions in Salesforce, and provide field feedback.
• Train Sales and Clinical hires and perform required administrative duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current professional credentials or certifications such as Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian, or Registered Nurse required.
• Required state licensure as applicable.
• Valid driver’s license and residence within the assigned geographic area required.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal communication, business, and computer skills.
• Regular travel is required, including typically 2–5 overnight trips per month.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience training or managing insulin pump patients.
• Certified Diabetes Educator certification.
• Prior industry or commercial experience.
• Credibility and contacts within the diabetes community.
