Clinical Operations Associate (Digital Health)

What you will do

• Own the full consult-quality cycle across practitioners and condition types, including coaching, feedback, audits, reporting, and iteration.
• Scale quality programs across the organisation and build processes from the ground up.
• Manage practitioner performance processes and run structured coaching cycles.
• Define clear, measurable quality metrics connected to patient outcomes.
• Create and refine coaching materials covering expectation setting, side effects, onboarding, and pricing.
• Maintain audit cadence and deliver accurate insights to clinical, operational, and product stakeholders.

Requirements

• AHPRA registration and at least 3 years of clinical experience.
• Strong analytical skills, including identifying patterns, measuring impact, and supporting decisions with data.
• Clear communication and structured coaching skills.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Experience building programs and processes from scratch.

Nice to have

• Experience in telehealth, digital health, or a fast-moving healthcare environment.
